At this time, we do not ship internationally.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders containing customised or personalised items may require additional production time

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, or promotional campaigns


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Public holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Courier delays or service disruptions


Pre-Orders & Back-Ordered Items

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item:

  • Available items may be shipped first

  • Remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they become available

You may receive multiple shipments for a single order at no additional cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Joey Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
